These domains carried names and histories built by other people: Australian businesses, restaurants, events, charities, services, and the name of the late Hon Kevin Andrews AM. Using that inherited trust to push casino traffic is a serious misuse of reputation. This reports outlines just some of the truly massive amount of evidence against Sumit Kumar Bansal.

Sumit Kumar Bansal has made www.drakeeatery.com.au into a fake Cloudflare error page for Googlebot. The page copies the real Cloudflare 525 error design and shows "SSL handshake failed Error code 525" with the host listed as www.drakeeatery.com.au.

The Cloudflare error is fake. The page has hidden casino SEO code injected into it. He has used CSS to make it hidden on the page as shown in the first screenshot. That hidden link farms authority from drakeeatery.com.au into rhubarbhair.com.au, the Betzillo casino site already documented in this report.

With Googlebot enabled, the domain shows the fake Cloudflare page and the hidden Betzillo casino link. With Googlebot disabled, it shows a different parked landing page.

• This is highly deceptive because it imitates a trusted Cloudflare system error, making the page look like a harmless technical failure while secretly injecting a casino SEO link for Googlebot.

Sumit Kumar Bansal is selling hacked sites and hacked site links for casino SEO through SerpNames. His ad calls them "real hacked websites" with authority, age, backlinks, and traffic.

A hacked site is a regular website that has been illegally hacked and injected with malicious content for SEO purposes or to scam people. Hackers also typically put the server into a botnet or steal personal or financial information.

A follow-up Telegram post says: "2 orders completed. If you are interested in hacklinks, ping @serpnames." This is direct evidence of hacked site links being sold for casino SEO.

New evidence shows www.rhubarbhair.com.au has been repurposed into a Betzillo casino promotion site targeting Australian players. The page is no longer being used as a normal Australian hair/business domain. It is now publishing direct casino marketing for Betzillo Casino Australia, including online pokies, real-money play, casino bonuses, login instructions, mobile app promotion, payment methods, withdrawal claims, and mirror domains.

The content promotes Betzillo 2, Betzillo 3, Betzillo 4, and Betzillo 5 as active mirror domains, explicitly describing them as alternate access routes for Australian players when the main casino domain is unavailable or restricted.

The page is also Googlebot cloaked. Googlebot consistently receives the casino content, while normal access is unreliable: sometimes clicking through from search or visiting the direct URL shows the casino page, and sometimes it shows a different page state. The cloaking is finicky, but the search-engine-facing behaviour is consistent enough to show the domain is being prepared for Google indexing and ranking for Betzillo casino terms.

This is another example of the same pattern documented throughout this report: an Australian .au domain with an existing identity is acquired or controlled, then turned into casino SEO and affiliate-style content for offshore gambling brands. The page targets Australian users with phrases such as "online pokies Australia real money", "AUD-friendly deposits", "Australian players", "casino Australia", and "Play Now".

millmerranvillage.com.au is documented in this report as one of the repurposed Australian domains connected to Sumit. The live page presents itself as a casino comparison/review page for Australian players and contains affiliate-style outbound links to offshore casino operators. ACMA has already identified several of the casino brands promoted from that page as illegal gambling services, prohibited interactive gambling services, or services blocked by Australian ISPs.

ACMA says ISP blocking is used where serious criminal or civil offences are involved, including prohibited online casino services, unlicensed regulated interactive gambling services, and advertisements for those services in Australia. ACMA's July-September 2025 report states that the blocked sites relate to illegal gambling services, including alternate sites created to evade blocks.

The page source also showed affiliate-style outbound links for other casino brands, including Blindluck, Ruby Reels, and SlotLords. The strongest ACMA-confirmed matches from the reviewed sources are Betzillo, Golden Crown Casino, RollXO, and N1 Bet.

tinathemusical.com.au shows the same pattern at larger scale. The live page is titled as an Australian online casino guide and presents ranked offshore casino offers for Australian players, with "Play" buttons routed through track.magicclick.partners. The page visibly promotes casino brands that ACMA has identified in enforcement and blocking materials.

This is a quick way to test for simple user-agent cloaking. Open the same URL normally, then open it again with a Googlebot user agent. Record screenshots of both results, including the URL bar and the date/time where possible.

User-agent spoofing catches basic cloaking. Sophisticated cloaking may also check IP ranges, reverse DNS, referrer, device fingerprint, location, cookies, or whether the visit came from Google search. A normal result from this test does not clear a domain. A mismatch between normal view and Googlebot view is useful evidence.

• Australia. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) regulates companies that offer or advertise gambling services online, through websites, apps, and telephone services. The Act focuses on services supplied to people physically present in Australia through the "Australian-customer link" concept. A prohibited interactive gambling service includes a business-provided gambling service delivered by internet carriage service, other listed carriage/content services, broadcasting service, or datacasting service, subject to specific exclusions. In practical terms, ACMA says banned services include online casinos, in-play sports betting, sports betting services without an Australian licence, and betting on lottery outcomes. These banned services must not be advertised in Australia, and operators must not promote or offer credit for online betting. ACMA enforcement also reaches affiliates and other parties knowingly concerned in the provision or promotion of prohibited or unlicensed services to Australian customers.
  Penalties and enforcement: ACMA says breaches may lead to criminal charges and/or civil penalties, including ancillary liability for people who help someone break the rules. Current civil penalties can be up to $2.475 million per day for an individual and $12.375 million per day for a corporation. Website blocking is an active enforcement tool: as of ACMA's 16 April 2026 update, 1,640 illegal gambling and affiliate websites had been blocked since the first blocking request in November 2019, and over 230 illegal services had withdrawn from the Australian market since ACMA began enforcing the strengthened illegal online gambling rules in 2017.

• Sumit employs sophisticated cloaking methods which is a blackhat seo technique to direct traffic dependant on IP ranges, browser fingerprinting, geo-location, etc. He advertised his proprietory cloaking software in his telegram channel for 10k USD. Websites that show "coming soon" or a normal looking website are in fact cloaked and show a different page to googlebot or to victims.
• There are two easy ways to tell if a website is being cloaked, which do not entirely get past sophisticated cloaking, but do shed light. One is looking up the website on google or sometimes bing with searches like "site:ngia.com.au casino". When you search that you will see in the description text references to casinos, betting, pokies on the page which google is able to see but regular users cannot.
• The second method is to set the user agent of your browser to googlebot which bypasses the cheap layer of cloaking but not the layer 2 cloaking which cannot be fooled without doing something like spoofing your IP address.
• Cloaking can also trivially hide the information that products like Ahrefs and Semrush reveal about domains, meaning that while I have a trove of evidence from these tools, there is probably a great deal more hidden.
• Sumit created the repurposed and blatant online casino domain millmerranvillage.com.au.
• Sumit has a public telegram channel, https://t.me/SerpNamesTeam, in which he implicates himself hundreds of times.
• Sumit boasted about repurposing a website for an Elephant sanctuary into a online casino.
• Sumit uses "aggressive" link building, spamming domains with "24,000"+ referring domains, which is called a churn and burn strategy because it rockets the site in the rankings but leads to a manual penalty from google which destroys the value of that domain forever. He recently did this on the domains bellaromarestaurant.com.au, tfyogurt.com.au, and newcastlefloristdelivery.com.au, which thanks to him now have around 500,000 pure spam casino backlinks on them, utterly destroying those domain names forever.
• Around April 7th or 8th, Sumit suddenly cloaked almost all of the over 130 domains he had bought at that time in a fake "coming soon" landing page.
• Within days of being approved for an ACN, Sumit purchased the name domain "onlinecasinos-australia.com.au", under his own name, which literally has an unlicensed gambling affiliate website on it. UPDATE: this site has been wiped or cloaked more strongly.
• He owns the live repurposed domain tinathemusical.com.au, and around May 1st 2026 he directed dozens of .au domains with cloaking to it, to boost its rank. The sites linking to it are cloaked but googlebot with google IP range sees a totally different website. However tinathemusical cannot be cloaked because then victims would not be able to access it.
